Margarita Ranch, one of the harvest sites for this rosé, has been awarded the Sustainability in Practice Certification. This means Ancient Peaks only waters during extreme draught conditions, combats pests with natural predators like owls, raptors, and bats, uses cover cropping for soil health, maintains wildlife corridors throughout their farm so bears, wild pigs, turkeys and deer can transit freely, and have never uprooted a single oak tree to make room for more vines.
